IT Asset Management
For the past 15 years, ICS has supported 2 large enterprise level hardware maintenance contracts. These contracts include over 8000 IT assets to include servers, desktops, laptops, printers, ups units to include all of the internal components which make up these assets.
To execute the support of these IT assets, ICS developed its own support methodology which includes tracking, part replacement, stock management, supply chain management, manufacturer relations and effective use of support labor. This methodology is the foundation to meeting and exceeding all Service Level Agreements (SLA).
